Cleaning is super simple! Since foam mattresses are very absorbent, you should quickly dab rather than rub, any spills with paper towels or rags to get the liquids out as fast as possible. Baking soda is very effective in helping to remove odors and remaining liquids. Just sprinkle some in the affected area then simply vacuum up the baking soda using the upholstery attachment on your vacuum after letting it sit for 2-3 minutes.

Shipping Warranty

If you order your Tress memory foam mattress today, it will ship within 3-4 business days by FedEx Ground. Once shipped, your order can take up to 1-5 business days to be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. within the continental US.

Depending on your order, the items may be shipped separately. You will receive a FedEx Ground tracking email for each item as it ships out. The FedEx tracking information linked in the email will automatically update with the most accurate estimated delivery date as it travels to your home.

Our 10-year non-prorated warranty covers manufacturing defects such as compressions deeper than 3/4″, sagging, splits or cracks in the foam and cover defects such as stitching that has become unraveled. We don’t cover changes to your mattress that are caused by normal wear and tear or that result from uses that go beyond the intended use of a mattress. Warranties that are more than 10 years are generally prorated, which means you would receive less credit for every year you own it. It is also suggested that mattresses be replaced every 8-10 years per best practices when it comes to hygiene, etc.

All Tress products purchased through Amazon are covered by our non prorated warranty. If you believe you’re experiencing a defect in your Tress Product, please email us at …………..with the following items:

– Name and email address on the Amazon order and account

– Billing address used for the Amazon order

– Amazon order number

– Screenshot of the Amazon order invoice

– Pictures of the issue

– Pictures of the tag(s) on the product

– Current shipping address

Once you submit that information, we will walk you through how to photograph the issue so we can take a closer look.

There’s no paperwork needed to register your non prorated when you purchase from Tress directly; we can access your order through the email address you used when you placed your order. For orders placed through Amazon, we’ll need a screenshot of your online order as well as your order number, email address, phone number, and best shipping address. Please sign up through the warranty page. For all warranty concerns, please email us at with pictures of the issue as well as pictures of the tags on the mattress.

Returns Exchange

Tress does not operate through a retail store, however, every purchase of a mattress comes with a 100-day money back guarantee. What this does, is allow you to sleep on your new mattress for over 3 months to give you the opportunity to discover for yourself that a Tress mattress was the right choice for you.

If you’re still within your 100-Night Sleep Trial and purchased directly through Tress, you do have the ability to exchange for a new product. Give us a call at 1 (888) 818-0917 or email [email protected] at so we can walk you through the process. We’ll place your new order over the phone, charge the difference in cost between the two items (or refund the difference accordingly), and we’ll walk you through the steps for the removal of the original product. Please keep in mind that an exchange will void the new sleep trial for the new product.

If you are still within your 100-Night Trial, please email us to start the return process. From there, we’ll help you to donate it to a local charity or non-profit.

You’re free to donate to any organization you’d like to support. If we’re unable to find a donation location in your area, we’ll coordinate with a 3rd party pickup service free of charge.

After your mattress is donated, you will upload a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt and email to [email protected]. We’ll process your refund after receiving the donation receipt. It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to return to your payment card or account.

Kindly note Hawaii, Alaska, and same-day shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that if you purchased from Amazon, their return policy will be different. All our products purchased through third-party Amazon will need to be returned directly to them by their preferred return methods.

Instead of shipping it back to us, we’ll work with you to donate the mattress to a local charity or non-profit organization. Email us a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt and we’ll process your full refund. If no charity is available nearby for donation, we’ll arrange a 3rd party pickup for the mattress. Our return policy does only allow for one return per household per year, so we can only return and refund one mattress purchased within the same year.
